1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NotifyLinks (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

NotifyLinks is a link monitoring service that helps affiliate marketers track the health and availability of their affiliate URLs. The Service checks links on a scheduled basis, detects broken links and out-of-stock products, and sends notifications via Email or Telegram.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit URLs that link to malicious, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit links in bulk beyond your plan limits.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

NotifyLinks offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or missed link checks.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with NotifyLinks are the property of Techy Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotifyLinks and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, whether arising out of the use or inability to use the Service or otherwise.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will detect all broken links or out-of-stock events, or that results will be accurate or complete.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
